Once you have placed your order and completed the payment via Mollie (iDeal), PayPal, or a manual bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation. Please note that if you choose a manual bank transfer, we will begin processing your order only after we have received the payment. Payments made through iDeal or PayPal will be processed more quickly.
All orders are shipped with PostNL (or in some cases, Mikropakket) as insured packages that require a signature upon receipt. Mikropakket is a courier service that provides door-to-door delivery, meaning they pick up the package from us and deliver it directly to you, ensuring extra security with no intermediaries involved. The shipping cost for an insured package with PostNL is €9.95. For Mikropakket, the shipping cost is €15.
Once your package is collected by PostNL or Mikropakket, you will receive a Track & Trace code via the email you provided when placing the order. Please ensure you are home for the delivery, especially in the case of a Mikropakket delivery.
You can also collect your order at our atelier in Zwolle by appointment. Simply schedule a pickup here, and we will ensure your order is ready for you.
Each piece is handmade with the utmost care in our atelier in Zwolle. Crafting our jewellery is a creative process that takes time. We aim for the following delivery times:
Ready to ship: 1-3 days
All made to order jewellery 2-3 weeks
FERA collection 6-8 weeks
Jewellery in stock that requires resizing will be ready or shipped within 1-2 weeks. This typically applies to rings.
Feel free to contact us if you need a specific delivery time, and we can discuss the possibilities. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
We offer a 6-month warranty on all our jewellery pieces, which covers material and construction defects from normal use. For silver and gold jewellery, the warranty period is extended to 1 year. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, signs of use, damage to settings, or the breakage of gemstones.
Before sending your jewellery, kindly email us at info@annawondersjewellery.com to inform us of the return and the service required. Please send the jewellery by registered mail in its original, protective packaging.
RETURNS
You may cancel and return your order within 12 working days (starting the day after delivery) if the Jewellery or item does not meet your expectations. Returns are not accepted for custom-made or bespoke items.
Returns after this period will not be accepted by Anna Wonders Jewellery. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Unfranked returns will not be accepted. Please send returns by registered mail, as Anna Wonders Jewellery is not responsible for lost packages.
Custom-made items cannot be returned or canceled due to incorrect size. However, if the design allows, we can adjust the size later for an additional fee. Resizing by stretching or shrinking is free of charge.
If you are unsure about the size, please contact us or schedule an appointment at our atelier in Zwolle for measurement. For gifts where the size is unknown, we can consider adjustments during the design process. Exchanging an in-stock item for the correct size is possible within 2 weeks, provided the item is unworn and undamaged.
When you place an order with Anna Wonders Jewellery, we may collect and store the following information: your name, address, postal code, city, country, phone number, email address, payment method, and possibly your bank account number. This information is not shared with third parties. The Dutch Data Protection Act applies to this information.
Anna Wonders Jewellery is not liable for the browsing behavior or provision of personal data by minors.

Complaints will be addressed as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be informed of the delay. Complaints must always include the name, address, and contact details of the customer.

Our wrapping process allows us to say a fond farewell to the pieces we’ve crafted and prepare them for their new owners with the utmost care. Just as with the creation process, we devote ourselves fully to wrapping your jewellery, making each piece feel like a special gift when it’s unwrapped.
All our jewellery comes in a sustainable, sturdy box with the gold Anna Wonders Jewellery logo, wrapped in thoughtfully designed botanical gift bags sourced from small businesses. Each bag is handmade with love and care.
Pebble Box
For truly special occasions, we present our jewellery in a handmade Pebble Box made from organic clay. Designed together and created by the talented Eline from Creatise Ceramics, these unique boxes add an extra touch of elegance and craftsmanship.
